It is exam time. The last time I remember mugging so hard was probably before Olevels. Somehow, expectations and everything are higher now. STRESS STRESS! haha. I also feel somewhat pressured… to keep the name of MGS up HAHA. Today I wrote a letter to myself and stuck it at my table. it goes something like this:

“Hi tiffany. Please study/write notes for PSYCHOLOGY & PERSPECTIVES IN EARLY EDUCATION. When you feel like dying, please do not succumb to the evil clutches of the INTERNET or the KITCHEN (FOOD). Instead, delight yourself in cleaning your room and toilet. Love, yourself”

so what am I doing online… hahahahaha no I wrote 2 chapters of notes within an hour (am very proud of it!) and decided to post a random post here After this, I am off to write another chapter of things, and then do another nothing-to-do-with-exams-but-has-alot-to-do-with-my-other-big-part-of-life task. Its a long list, longer than the exam one Well, I am putting studying as a pirority so its okayy!!!  AFTERALL, THERE’S SO MUCH MORE TO LIFE THAN STUDYING ISNT ITTTT

Oh well, I have been watching a lot of movies since March. The latest being UP, which is a really sweet and funny movie. I love the values they have there – very wholesome! Plus the (rather huge) company I had that day.. more than sweet perhaps:) And while we are voting and declaring which character we like best (I.LIKE.THE.DOG), let us not forget older characters created by pixar!

Haha, life’s been good. Bcause God is good!
Yup, He has been very very amazing.

Surrender

Hmm, i’ll like to say again that WE HAVE AN AWESOME GOD, & HE’S JUST SO SUPER AMAZING (: (: (: I love Him from the bottom of my heart! <3

i understand why He had to say those 4words to me on sunday. it was in preparation. this week’s lesson that He has delivered to me is Forgiveness, Surrendering & just seeing & being patient with His plan. its amazing, how i’ve been thinking of the word forgiveness & that was the theme for this week’s devotions (if anyone didn’t realize). this week has been a whirlwind. & i’m glad He reminded me once again that He IS real, He is there watching over at the end of the week. He reminded us that in times of confusion & darkness He’s still there. & there’s always a lesson to be learnt out of everything, whether good or bad. i’m glad for it, in fact i can almost hug it (though technically you can’t. how can you hug an issue or matter?!) i’m so glad. like what dunno who said in Heartsaflame, use your weaknesses to testify. for it is in our weaknesses that God heals & changes. why would He bother about the strengths & good points about people when its already.. good? He came down to save the lost, the poor, the evil, the sinners. with your weaknesses, testify to people. & i believe that we can do it, with Him as our strength. its about time to get rid of horrible habits. i feel as if God was gently calling us, gently disciplining us. & i’m super thankful for that.

i’m awfully thankful for such AWESOME friends (: i admire your strength, your humbleness, your graciousness. its amazes me & encourages me. its realy amazing how God put the same thoughts in our minds. so much so we didn’t need to repeat that to each other cus we are thinking of the same thing! more time for the encouragement (: yes we need accountibilty. i thank God for such great sisters-in-Christ. <3

& so that previous paragraph was a shoutout to DIANE ONG & GRACE LEE (: thank God for you two! lets jiayou together alrigght?

okay so i havent blogged here for a pretty long time. haha honestly i really like this place alot better than anywhere else. i only keep my blog cus there’s so many memories there hmm (: who knows, i might just totally move here one day!

haha things have been happening recently. happy & sad things. oh well. i conclude that i’m grateful that i have my heavenly Father up there. a Father that i can have a personal relationship with, & i’m really thankful for that. thank God for Jesus! haha cus without Him, we wouldn’t have access to God so yeah.

i don’t know, but once the moment’s gone, its gone. there’s no turning back. i wish we could. but we can’t.

lalalalaaaa. school’s starting! hahaha i feel as if i havent people for agesssss. hahaha okay though we met like once, it didnt feel long enough. oh well. thanks charis fan for just talking about all sorts of things on the phone! (: havent talked to people on the phone for quite awhile already. & its something, quite pleasant. haha.

God has awesome plans. thats cus He’s awesome. wheeee. haha i know that somehow, He will always makes things straight. all you & i need to do is to surrender, trust, believe, have faith, & have hope.

i think, thats the number1 lesson that God has been teaching me this 2008. amazing stuff. haha. (: yay God, You always surprise me with..everything!

i don’t like it when people ask me what i’m gna do in the future. cus.. i really don’t know. haha! ah welllll. as in.. hahaa i don’t know how to say it. only a few people do understand i guess? hmm (:

feeling a bit sore about exam results. but still rather at peace. because i know everything’s in His hands (:

God has revealed to me that prayer is extremely important. its more important than anything else, because its communicating with Him, talking to Him. what can be more important than talking to our Creator? how would would we know Him if we do not talk to Him, & learn more? (thats where the reading Bible part comes in haha) like what Sandy said, if we just stop all the plans we keepmaking in subministries & just come together to pray, miracles & revival will happen. & of course, we must pray with total faith, total surrender. Don’t be like the Israelites who kept doubting God. because they doubted His power even though He showed them through so many incidents, they were not allowed into the promise land for 40years! shows how important faith is eh.

i remember how when it kept raining & raining when the whole of YM was making their way to pulau ubin & in the ferry Adriel was gathering us & quite a few other youth leaders to pray & the way he prayed was really awesome. like total faith. & i really doubted. like.. God might just want it to continue raining what right? hahaa but yes God just had to prove to me wrong! the very moment we stepped ashore it stopped raining & alottt of people even got sunburned. & then after the whole day of activites & after we got onto the ferry it started to rain like crazzzzzy. like almost storm la. yes i didn’t exactly realize that until Adriel mentioned it again & i was like wowwww. from that day onwards, my faith level just rose & i told myself never to doubt the power of prayer ever again.

hmm God’s showing me quite a lot of stuff this year! thank you thank you (: its been really exciting!

for my chinese Olevel compo i wrote about really wanting to do cip work overseas during holidays! in other words is going for a mission trip! something i really never experienced & i REALLY want to experience it for myself. & just do God’s work of spreading His love (: now thats something i really want to do for the rest of my life.
